Hi,
I'm Steve Svajian. I'm an attorney and entrepreneur. I started my career, when at the age of 23, I was able to procure venture capital financing for DineOnMe.com, a technology company founded in 1999. After that, I worked as a product manager at an automotive CRM company. Then, I worked as a senior analyst and program manager for Venture Development Corporation / VDC Research. (VDC is a market research firm that is well-known by folks in the market segments it covers).
Subsequently, I became the CEO of D2D Systems, which went on to develop Karpower in conjunction with Kelley Blue Book. The company also worked on online auto auctions for publicly traded Insurance Auto Auctions.
In 2006, I founded my third company, AudioCaseFiles, which was acquired by Courtroom Connect, generating returns of greater than 1,000% for investors. I then served as President of Courtroom Connect until 2009. (audiocasefiles, courtroomviewnetwork, courtroomconnect).
I currently run a boutique law firm serving startup businesses and entrepreneurs (http://sgslawgroup.com/). I received my J.D., from William & Mary, a B.A. from Tufts University and completed the Military Science program at MIT. I served for eight years as an intelligence, infantry, and engineer officer in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves.
I live in Manhattan Beach, California with my wife, Courtney, my dog, Scout, and my son, Graham. Please feel free to contact me and thanks for visiting my site!
Steve
